LICENSE AGREEMENT

Agreement Date

  • Effective Date: September 10, 2022

Important

  • Kodex Softwares (Including: Evil Extractor, Kodex Keylogger and Cosmic Binder) cannot be copied, distributed, used for trademark purposes, or used commercially without express written permission from Kodex (Author). Any unauthorized use of Kodex Softwares is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT, DO NOT INSTALL OR USE OUR SOFTWARE(S).

Agreement & Terms of Service

  • By purchasing or using our software(s), you automatically agree to be bound by the terms of our License Agreement & Terms of Service.

Limitations of Free Software

  • Our free software(s) is not subject to the rules under the ‘License Duration’ and ‘Computer Restrictions’ sections; there are no usage limitations.
  • Our free software(s) is subject to the first article under the ‘Unlawful Use’ section. As we do not integrate any licensing system into our free software(s), it is not subject to the second article under the ‘Unlawful Use’ section.
  • Our free software(s) is subject to all articles/rules stated in this license agreement, except for those specified in the first two sections.
     

Service Delivery

  • When making a purchase, make sure to enter the correct email address, as software(s)/license key(s) and free service(s) will be sent based on this email address. If you enter an incorrect email address, you should notify us and rectify the situation. Otherwise, you should understand that we won’t be able to deliver the software(s)/license key(s) and free service(s).
  • We are committed to delivering our free service(s) to you within 24 hours at the latest. However, due to reasons such as your mailbox being completely full and unable to receive more emails, you may not receive our email. If you have not received any email within 24 hours, please inform us of your situation by emailing us at [email protected]. In such cases, we expect you to contact us.
  • In certain cases, we may need a different email address than the one used for the purchase to provide you with our free service(s). This means that the service provider does not accept your email address, and in such cases, you may need to provide us with an alternative email address. If you do not provide a different email address, you should understand that we won’t be able to provide you with our free service(s).
    • In this scenario, we reserve the right to withhold the delivery of our free service(s). Our holding period for your delivery is 30 days. If you do not respond to us within the specified period (30 days after purchase) with a secondary email address, you must understand that we will not be able to provide you with the free service(s) anymore.

Free Web Server & Domain Name

  • We only pay for your server/domain name. If you break the rules (including but not limited to using your server for phishing, etc.), your server may be closed by the provider. We are not responsible for such situations and cannot do anything about it.
  • Paying for the Hosting/FTP Server/Domain Name does not make us the account holder. Since you are the account holder and we have no rights over your account, in case you face any issues (for example, if you forget the password to your hosting account and cannot log in, etc.), you need to contact provider’s customer support team either through live chat or email to resolve the problem.

License Duration

  • The purchased software licenses are valid for the duration specified during the purchase process. Throughout this license period, the software will be fully operational and functional. Upon the expiration of the license duration, the software will cease to function until a new license is obtained (this applies to your Evil Extractor & Kodex Keylogger agents as well).

Computer Restrictions

  • Our software(s) can only run on the computer where you entered the license key. If you want to transfer your license to another machine, you can activate your license key on that computer without the need to contact us. In this case, your license will automatically deactivate on the old computer and be activated on your new machine. Please remember that you have a total of 2 HWID resets available while doing this.

Restrictions and Obligations

  • You are not allowed to disassemble, debug, reverse engineer, crack any of our software(s).
  • You are not allowed to modify our software(s).
  • You are not allowed to share your license with any other 3rd party.
  • You are not allowed to distribute our software(s) for trademark use or commercial use.
  • You are not allowed to build a commercial service based on our software(s).
  • You are not allowed to use our software(s) to gain unauthorized access to a computer system or network without a written agreement of its owner.
  • You are not allowed to build any type of public software such as “Scripts” or “Tools” that are using and/or referencing our software(s) without the written agreement of its author.

Unlawful Use

  • Please note that our software(s) is designed for legal and educational purposes only. It is not intended to be used for any illegal activities, including but not limited to unauthorized access to computer systems or networks. We do not condone or support any illegal use of our software(s) and we are not responsible for any such use. Our software(s) intended to help individuals and organizations understand and defend against cyber attacks, by demonstrating how such attacks can be carried out. You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using our software(s), including but not limited to those of your jurisdiction.
  • If you become aware of any illegal use of our software(s), please contact us immediately at [email protected] with submitting the suspicious file. We take all reports of illegal activity seriously and will investigate them thoroughly. If we determine that a user has violated our License Agreement and used our software(s) for illegal purposes, we reserve the right to revoke their license.

Refund Policy

  • Our software(s) comes with a limited 24-hour warranty starting from the date of purchase. Customers requesting a refund must refrain from using the license key or accessing/downloading the software during this period. If these conditions are met and a valid reason is provided, an unconditional refund will be issued. If the license key is used or access to the software is obtained within the first 24 hours, the warranty will be considered void, and no refund will be issued.
  • It is assumed that customers have thoroughly reviewed all information, updates, videos, FAQs, license & terms, public pdf(s) on our website prior to making a purchase. Therefore, any claims of “I hadn’t seen this” will not be considered as valid reasons for refund requests.
  • If a free Hosting/FTP Server/Domain Name was provided to the customer within the initial 24-hour period, the cost of the free provided service(s) will be deducted from the refund amount.

Antivirus Results

  • Ethical hacking tools under the Kodex Softwares umbrella (Including: Evil Extractor, Kodex Keylogger and Cosmic Binder), we obfuscate the content and source code of mentioned software(s) solely for the purpose of protecting their integrity, avoiding cracking attempts and safeguard our customers privacy. It is important to note that our goal is not to bypass antivirus softwares, but rather to continuously improve the functionality of our software(s).
  • Some of our software may be detected as a threat by antivirus softwares. This is expected, as pentesting tools are commonly flagged by antivirus software to prevent misuse. In this case, we recommend disabling your antivirus software to ensure the software’s operations are not blocked and to test your agents correctly. If you do not wish to do this, you are free to use a virtual machine or RDP.

  • If you encounter any problems with our software(s), please refer to the ‘Features.pdf’ and ‘Installation and Usage.pdf’ and ‘If something goes wrong README.pdf’ and ‘Common Questions.pdf’ files first. If the problem still persists, you can contact us at [email protected] for assistance.
  • We will not respond to any question that has already been answered in the documentation. Please ensure you have fully read the documentation we have prepared for you before asking any questions.

Updates

  • We reserve the right to update our License Agreement and Terms of Service without prior notice.
