KODEX SOFTWARES

END OF THE STORY

Announcement

  • April 18, 2025
    • Over the past 2.5 years, Kodex Softwares has released 3 major software and a total of 41 updates. As of today, I’d like to announce that all software sales by Kodex Softwares have been discontinued. I’d like to thank each and every one of you for your support and interest. Don’t worry, I’ll keep this message brief. It might look like a team was behind this, but it’s always been a one-man job. Over time, I realized that I’ve lost the passion for continuing this work, and I’ve decided not to move forward. My primary goal has always been to create high-quality software, and I believe I’ve achieved that. That alone is more than enough for me. I’ll be fully transparent about the process. You can find more details by reading the FAQs and the refund process outlined below.

Refund Process

  • April 18, 2025
    • A total of 49 orders to be refunded have been identified, and the refund amounts have been calculated. In the coming days, customers will start receiving emails.
  • April 20, 2025
    • A total of 49 refund-eligible orders have been identified, and the corresponding emails have been sent along with the following statistics:
      • The email could not be delivered to 1 order owner because their email address has been deactivated (an alternative email address could not be found).
        • In this case, the user must contact [email protected] from an alternative email address and verify their purchase by May 15, 2025.
      • Due to full inboxes, 2 order owners couldn’t receive the email initially, but it was successfully delivered via secondary addresses.
      • In summary, emails were successfully delivered to 48 of the 49 order owners.
        • Customers who believe they are eligible for a refund but haven’t received an email must contact [email protected] by May 15, 2025.
    • Customer responses will be awaited until May 15, 2025, and refund processing will start on May 16, 2025.
  • May 8, 2025
    • “Reminder for Refund” emails were sent to 49 refund-eligible order owners, with the following statistics:
      • 1 order owner did not receive the email because their email account has been deactivated.
        • This user had also missed the original “Refund” email on April 20, 2025, due to the same issue. They must contact [email protected] from an alternative email address and verify their purchase by May 15, 2025. Otherwise, they will not be eligible for a refund.
      • In summary, emails were successfully delivered to 48 of the 49 order owners.

WHAT HAPPENS NOW?

To proceed with your refund, you must respond to that email by May 15, 2025 at the latest. All refunds will be completed by June 1, 2025 at the latest.

Yes. All emails are sent based on the software type. In this case, if you received refund emails for multiple software, you need to reply to each of those emails with your wallet address.

Refunds will only be processed to a USDT (SOL Chain) address. If you do not have such a wallet address, you will need to create one through any exchange platform.

If your crypto exchange does not support USDT on the Solana (SOL) network, you can install the Trust Wallet browser extension on your computer to get a USDT (SOL Chain) address. Then, by using the SWAP feature, you can convert your USDT to SOL and withdraw it to any address you like.

If you’re eligible for a refund, you will receive an email from [email protected] by May 1, 2025.

If you do not receive an email by the specified date but still believe you are eligible for a refund, you must send an email to [email protected] no later than May 15, 2025.

If you are an existing customer, you can send an email to [email protected]. Please make sure your inquiry is strictly related to the refund process or the software — other messages will not receive a response.

Once all active customers have received their refunds, Kodex Softwares will be permanently shut down. Here’s what you need to know going forward:

• All services under Kodex Softwares will be terminated.

• Your personal data and the software’s source code will never be sold or shared with anyone.

• You may encounter individuals claiming to have access to our software — these are false. For your safety, please be cautious and avoid such scams.
